Artists/Talent/Warranties

Artist or Talent, you expressly warrant that any information and material you provide shall be accurate and shall contain nothing that is libellous, offensive, obscene, contrary to public decency, or in any way unlawful. You further warrant that you have obtained all consents necessary, expressly including copyright, for the use of the information and material. You expressly warrant that the information and materials are free from computer viruses and that a commercial virus-checking agent has been used on any attached files. You grant to the Company all permissions necessary for the use of the information and materials.

You acknowledge that the information and materials may be used to compile statistical information. You accept responsibility for all liability flowing from the use of the information and materials and shall indemnify the Company against all costs claims demands or expenses incurred by or made against the Company as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Employer Warranties

Any company, partnership and other commercial entity as Employer expressly warrants that it is a bona fide company, partnership or other commercial entity and that it will register as such. It shall use the Information for the sole purpose of considering employing or utilising the services of Artists/Talent. The Employer acknowledges that the Information is commercially sensitive and confidential and remains the sole property of the Company; it warrants that it will neither copy nor otherwise disseminate any Information to any third party and expressly agrees to indemnify the Company for any loss it suffers as a result of a breach of this warranty. The Employer warrants that it shall keep its registration and password details confidential.

Company Liability

The Company shall have no liability whatsoever to any User:-

• for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage cost or expense suffered or incurred whether arising in tort, contract or otherwise, and whether arising from the negligence of the Company or its employees.

• for any loss or damage arising in any way from the receipt or use of the Information (and no responsibility is accepted by the Company therefore) and you accept responsibility for the receipt of Information in whatever format and should ensure that it is virus free
