Step Out and Make a Difference
Step Out and Make A Difference for STEPS is an annual sponsored walking event for STEPS, a conductive education centre based in Leicester. Thousands of people from all across the UK will join Rosemary Conley in a giant sponsored walking event at Abbey Park in the heart of England. The event is taking place on Sunday 16th September 2007 and is being supported by Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs.
In 2006 the event, which was supported by Kellogg raised in excess of £25,000. Step out and Make a Difference for STEPS is open to people of all ages and all levels of fitness, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. The PR and event are carried out by Media Ambitions.
STEPS founder Heather Crate says “The walk went very well with everybody enjoying themselves so much that our parents and children have requested another one next year! Our sincere thanks go to Media Ambitions who did a magnificent job in organising and promoting the event, making it a successful, trouble free and most enjoyable day which gave us a huge financial boost towards our target to purchase St Botolph’s Old School. Our target has now been reached.”
