Kellogg's Corn Flakes Great Walk

An international walking event taking place in 56 towns across two countries. Media Ambitions secured sponsorship with the world’s leading cereal manufacturer to produce the 56 10k sponsored walks in summer 2005 where nearly 7000 participants of all ages raised in excess of £1 million for a variety of registered charities, accredited school and community projects. All aspects of the event and logistics were masterminded by Media Ambitions in consultation with Kellogg’s.

Kellogg’s Marketing Operations and Media Controller, David Walker, says “Media Ambitions provided us with outstanding service on the 2005 Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Great Walk. It was a huge project which ran for over 12 months from an initial meeting through to delivery of the 5 month long Walk. The planning and co-ordination required was very significant as this was the first time such an event had been attempted.
